How to sneak alcohol into concerts?

You can’t!

… or can you?

Someone came apparently with that ’search engine term’ to my blog. Looking at my own experience with going to concerts, it’s usually very hard to take any (alcoholic or even non-alcoholic) drinks inside the concert area.

With all the metal detectors and people that search you, I don’t know how you want to hide it. Yeah a Flügel maybe in your shoes. In some places only guys get searched, which would mean that a girl could sneak something in. I did it myself in Amsterdam, but that’s in small places or clubs, not huge concerts.

No, I think the only way to get alcohol in, is by consuming it before you go to the concert or just buy it at the concert. Or……. you have to wait till they sell alcohol in powder form of which I still think it sucks.

  1. CamelBak’s work great if it is cold or rainy and you can wear a jacket. Nobody ever pats down your upper back.

  2. How small is the smallest one of those? Cause I’ve been looking around and they look quite big not to be noted by anyone. If there is any metal in it you might raise another problem -> a metal detector….

  3. IF your a girl.
    Its quite simple.
because security only let you open your bag so tear the iner part of your bag so you have like a big pocket and just take whatever,

Or you could always take your MUMS or friends prescription pills and bring a botlle of water and say its for your tablet.
    bUT not too much,
    Thats what I think.

  4. In Holland they will probably tell you to buy water on the inside, instead of letting you take a bottle in. I don’t know how it is in other countries though…

  5. what i do has worked out every single time i’ve tried it. if you wear really big sweatshirts (like bapes) you just duct tape a bottle of whatever to the bottom of your forearm (preferrably the arm that you hand the dude the tickets with. the baggy sweatshirt sleeves will cover the shape of the bottle and the loudness of the music should cover any sloshing noises and when they pat you down just hold your arms up and out. and + nobody ever pats down your forearm.

  6. This worked no problem at a local festival, and it was for underage people too – we’re only 14. What I did was get an old suncream bottle (big one), clean it out and fill it with straight Vodka. It was sunny and they let us in with it no problem (just put a small sachet of suncream in you pocket or down your shirt – sachets as they’re flat – to take actual suncream in). Once in we just mixed the vodka with coke and other soft drinks we could buy there.

My mate also had a bottle of hairspray which was empty that she too filled with alcohol. It worked no problem either. All you need is an opaque bottle of some form of liguidized sanitary/beauty product. I know someone who took WKD in a hand sanitizer bottle, they don’t bother to check!!

  7. I went to a country music festival and a filled a water bottle and put it in my hat.. and wore the hat in! My friends thought it was brilliant!

Another girl wore a skirt and tied a bottle around her thigh.. she got in no problem.

  8. It still might depend on the event and such on how you get searched.

Last time here in Holland with Parkpop which is a huge free festival, they barely checked things. Now I must say that I had my baby daughter with me and I could just pass with her buggy.

  9. Rum Runner Flasks http://www.rumrunnerflasks.com

people use them for Cruise lines..you can stuff the small ones in your pants.

  10. I have used the Rum Runners on cruises and they work great. I would buy velcro and stick them to the flask. Then take elastic and connect them to your calves or something. They are flat and will shape to your calves.
